ACCESS TO A BREADTH OF SPECIALISTS
Patients at CNS have access to virtually all specialists available in the mental health field through one simplified, centralized system. This includes specialists ranging from Interventionists in cases of emergency to garnering advice from a Clinical Psychiatric Pharmacist to regaining a sense of functioning through career rehabilitation. No more having to drive around the city looking for a specialist that happens to have an opening in their schedule.
INTEGRATED TREATMENT TEAM COORDINATION
At CNS, the clinicians of your treatment team meet on a regular basis to discuss treatment options and share updates. It is very rare to find this level of integration in settings outside of hospitals or residential treatment centers.
In addition to these in-office treatment meetings, CNS incorporates a one-of-a-kind Appointment Management System to facilitate treatment integration. The CNS AMS allows all the clinicians on your treatment team to share and access a database of information; in contrast, clinicians outside of your treatment team are unable to see any of your information.
FINANCIAL COUNSELORS
Most out-of-networkmedical practices simply give the patient a “superbill” at the end of each appointment and ignore the rest of the process. At CNS, we are able to provide you with additional support services through our Financial Counselors.
Our Financial Counselors utilize their experience and resources to communicate with health insurance providers. They will work on your behalf to obtain both short and long-term reimbursement while you are under the care of CNS.
CNS FRONT DESK & RESPONSE TIMES
Many mental health private practices are relatively small and unable to operate on a 9-5 basis. Therefpr, they are usually not able to answer calls frequently. Our Front Desk Staff is available to receive your calls, if not answer your calls live, and return messages on a daily basis
For new patients, our CNS Intake Counselors guarantee a call back within one day help you with the initial screening and appointment scheduling.
PATIENT PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
When constructing each individual patient chart, we assign a Patient ID that does not include any personal information such as name, birthdate or social security number.
By creating identification information without these key factors, CNS is increasing the security of our systems and protecting the confidentiality of our patients.
