Dr. Perri Zinberg is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been in private practice for more than twenty years. Her expertise includes providing individual psychotherapy, as well as neurocognitive & psycho-educational assessment. She received her Doctorate in Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology and her postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric health psychology at Children’s Hospital Orange County. With a strong foundation in pediatric neuropsychology, her early career focused on assessment and treatment of ADHD, severe emotional and behavioral disturbances of adolescents and children, and assisting children, teens, and families coping with chronic health problems. Later, she served as adjunct faculty in the undergraduate psychology department at Chapman University, and in the graduate education program at Azusa Pacific University.
In the past several years Dr. Zinberg has expanded her private health psychology practice. Using evidenced-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, currently she treats adults, couples, and families struggling with a variety of health-related problems including obesity, chronic pain, stress, insomnia, anxiety, and depression.
