Fees for Hybrid Treatment Sessions

This is a summary of fees for:
1. Standard appointments
2. Individual sessions with the technician
3. Hybrid treatment sessions directly with the physician.

More detailed information is available upon request, but it’s recommended that these options are discussed more with your doctor.

Option 1: Standard medication or therapy appointments

For standard medication adjustment appointments, this would simply incur the fee of a regular appointment with the psychiatrist (either in-office or via phone). Fees are listed here:

Option 2. Individual sessions with technicians

These are the most cost-effective way of pursuing treatment, because it is a nurse or highly-trained technician performing the treatment. The treatment is prescribed by the doctor, but the doctor is not performing the actual treatment.

For TMS/TBS sessions (brain stimulation) with our technician, each session is $795. The typical course is 2 hours/day for 10 days, but this should be discussed more with your doctor.

For tPBM sessions (photobiomodulation) with our technician, each session is $895. The typical course varies considerably, and should be discussed with your doctor.

For ketamine sessions with our specialized nurse anesthesiologists, these are posted online, and should be discussed with your doctor.

Option 3. Hybrid sessions directly with the physician

In these sessions, the doctor directly renders all of the treatments simultaneously in their office, tailoring every single treatment specifically for you.

Treatments: typically includes:
1. Medication adjustments & psychotherapy
2. tPBM (transcranial photobiomodulation)
3. TBS (transcranial brain stimulation)
4. KAP (ketamine assisted psychotherapy), were the doctor provides low dose ketamine to act as a facilitative mechanism in order to perform deep and restorative psychotherapy.
5. Guided customized meditation, guides you throughout the entire session in a structured way.

Course: Although every individual is different, the course of treatment is ordinarily a total of 6 sessions. That said, some individuals improve with just a few sessions, and some require more. 6 is just an average. These sessions are usually spread out over anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks.

Contract: You are under no contract of any kind. You can discontinue hybrid sessions at your discretion, and at any moment whatsoever.

General Cost: Because you’ll be getting a lot of treatment simultaneously, the fees are significant. This approach essentially compresses what is usually several weeks or months of treatment into mere days. The fees are the same, regardless of whether they are spread out over days or months.

Specific fees: The fees for a hybrid session vary quite dramatically depending on the individual’s needs & preferences, their specific diagnosis, level of symptom severity, and doctor’s recommendations.

Typically they are most effective when the sessions are 2-3 hours in length. That said, some people need more, and some do excellent with less.

Based on the above range, one can see that the fees can range from approximately $3,690 to $5,835 per session. Again, the fees vary depending on the treatment plan, patient preferences, and length of the appointment. The fees could be less or more.

Please also note that additional fees are incurred if the patient is enrolled in the CNS Premier Plus Program. The fees can add 150-200% of physician time.
